We're back to talking about depression but from a lighter perspective. Who would have guessed that one of the worst period of your life could actually be a blessing in disguise? That's what I realized when I went through my own depression a few years back which eventually brought me to this path of awareness and this conscious lifestyle. Finally realizing that there’s more to life than to live it for others, for status, for conforming to someone ideal of what we’re supposed to live on the Earth. Connecting to my soul, remembering who I am and why I am here. Discovering healing modalities. Taking responsibility for my own life. Healing my traumas and let go of past experiences. Connecting to God, source, the creator of the Universe, to divine love like ever before. Finding light in darkness to overcome depression. It’s a journey though (step backs from time to time). For me the 1st one needed to crumble first, going through depression to realize that it was a weak one, doing the inner work to transcend that state and build a new foundation that is much stronger and stable than ever before.
